  Through a mandatory "Preliminary Planing Phase" we create a design adapted to your specific project.
  Our designers accompany you through the use of 3D imagery allowing you to easily see and select options before finalising your choices.
  Through value engineering, we adapt and establish a clear budget for the overall construction process including your choice of specific finishes and options (climate constraints, topography, solar panels, infinity pool, indoor/outdoor kitchen , bathrooms finishes,...).
   

• Building Permit Application Process (completed by carefully selected locally licensed professionals  when required - local planing fees may apply).
  
   

• Materials Production :
  Once permits are obtained, in factory custom fabrication starts.
  Specific engineering requirements by carefully selected locally licensed professionals are implemented with the highest level of craftsmanship.

• On Site Assembly :
  Upon finalizing land preparation, materials are delivered to the building site and assembled by carefully selected locally licensed professionals under our supervision for a seamless intervention.
